Our counselling centres in Kiel and Plön

In addition to personal meetings, both our counselling centres also have a helpline so that you can talk to us on the phone. You can reach us during the following office opening hours. Should you require a longer counselling session on the phone or wish to arrange several appointments please call and arrange a personal meeting with one of our female support workers.

During our office hours our helpline will be answered by a female support worker who will either be able to help you with your enquiry immediately or who will pass you on to someone who can. Outside of these telephone times our staff will only answer the phone if they are not busy with a counselling session; however, you can leave a message on the answer machine and we will call back as soon as possible.
